Prohibits U.S. courts from enforcing foreign or religious laws that conflict with U.S. Constitution.

The Preserving Our Constitution Act of 2026 aims to protect individual liberties guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution. It prohibits U.S. courts, judges, and administrative agencies from enforcing foreign laws, religious laws, customs, or practices that conflict with the U.S. Constitution. This includes laws that permit cruel and unusual punishments, female genital mutilation, human sacrifice, or prejudicial treatment of individuals. The Act also prevents courts from dismissing cases on forum non conveniens grounds if the alternative forum does not protect constitutional rights.
