Establishes a U.S.-Ukraine Strategic Defense Innovation Working Group to co-develop, co-produce, and acquire Ukraine-designed unmanned systems.

The Strategic Unmanned Systems Partnership Act creates a U.S.-Ukraine Strategic Defense Innovation Working Group. This group will explore pathways for co-developing, co-producing, and acquiring Ukraine-designed unmanned systems. The Working Group will also develop mutual technology transfer frameworks. The group will prioritize Ukraine-designed systems that meet U.S. statutory requirements and explore alternative pathways for those that do not. The Working Group will submit reports to the congressional defense committees every 180 days.
