A BILL
To establish grounds for revocation of citizenship and immigration status, to review certain asylum and refugee grants, and require repatriation of denaturalized individuals with their children, and for other purposes.
1. Short title; table of contents; 2. Revocation of citizenship for felonies and terrorism support; 3. Revocation of citizenship for children of unlawful aliens; 4. Asylum and Refugee Status Review Task Force; 5. Revocation of immigration status for nationals from designated countries entering in prior 10 years; 6. Revocation of lawful permanent resident status for public benefits receipt in prior 5 years; 7. Revocation of nonimmigrant status for criminal convictions; 8. Deportability for anti-American statements or affiliations; 9. English language proficiency requirement for naturalization; 10. Repatriation requirement for denaturalized aliens and dependent children; 11. Administrative adjudication by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
