Establishes a National Task Force on Caregiving Youth to study and recommend support for youth caregivers of veterans and Armed Forces members.

The National Task Force on Caregiving Youth of Veterans Act establishes a task force to assess the needs of youth caregivers of veterans and Armed Forces members. The task force will study the prevalence, demographics, and socio-economic impacts of caregiving youth, and develop policy recommendations to improve support. The task force will include representatives from the Departments of Defense, Education, and Veterans Affairs, and other relevant agencies. It will also consult with stakeholders and develop a standardized database to track caregiving youth.
