The Eastern Frontier Defense Infrastructure Readiness Act mandates the Secretary of Defense to submit a report on the progress of NATO Eastern Frontier allies in integrating their national infrastructure with NATO requirements. The report must assess each ally's progress in meeting NATO infrastructure needs, identify significant shortfalls, and recommend adjustments to U.S. security cooperation programs. The Comptroller General must review the report and provide findings and recommendations. The act also authorizes the Secretary of Defense to prioritize security assistance for these allies.
