The AI Security and Innovation Act establishes a Center for AI Security and Innovation within the National Institute of Standards and Technology. The Center will measure risks related to artificial intelligence systems, support information exchange between non-governmental entities and federal agencies, and ensure U.S. leadership in AI research and development. The Director of the Center can share information and collaborate with international entities, except those in foreign adversaries.
