A BILL

To require the Secretary of State to submit a report on energy in Moldova.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the “Promoting Oversight With Energy Resilience for Moldova Act” or the “POWER Moldova Act of 2026”.
