The Drain the Slush Fund Act amends section 1304 of title 31, United States Code, to prohibit any judgment, award, compromise settlement, interest, or costs for lawsuits or claims filed by the President or Vice President. This prohibition applies to any pending cases or causes of action arising on or after January 20, 2025.
