The American White-Collar Worker Jobs Act of 2026 amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to reform the H-1B visa process. It grants the Secretary of Labor the power to enforce provisions, investigate, review documents, subpoena, and audit. The bill establishes a process for receiving complaints of violations and allows the Secretary of Labor to sanction employers up to $100,000 for each violation. It also limits the number of nonimmigrants admitted from any one country to 7 percent of the total number allotted.
