A BILL
To direct the Secretary of State to take actions with respect to certain foreign affairs matters.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Prohibition of certain maps and flags.
- (a) Maps.—The Secretary of State may not create, procure, or display any map that inaccurately depicts the Gulf of America.
- (b) Flags.—Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, no flag may be flown over a facility of the Department of State, other than—
- (1) the United States flag;
