To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide for the tax treatment of digital assets.

Regulated payment stablecoin transactions

Inclusion in gross income; expenses not capitalized

Election to defer inclusion of income and capitalize expenses

Definitions

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the “Digital Asset Protection, Accountability, Regulation, Innovation, Taxation, and Yields Act” or the “Digital Asset PARITY Act”.
