The End Government Pensions for Sexual Abusers Act of 2026 amends title 5, United States Code, to deny federal retirement benefits to Members of Congress convicted of sexual offenses. The bill prohibits the payment of annuity or retired pay to any Member of Congress or former Member of Congress, or their survivors or beneficiaries, if convicted of specified offenses. The prohibition applies to offenses committed on or after the enactment date of the bill. The Attorney General must notify the agency administering the annuity or retired pay of the conviction.
