(A) by redesignating paragraphs (1) through (6) as subparagraphs (A) through (F), respectively;

(B) by striking “As used in this section, the term” and inserting “As used in this section:

(C) by adding at the end the following new paragraph:

1. (4) in subsection (d)—

(A) by striking “is the photographic identification” and inserting “is—

(B) by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and

(C) by adding at the end the following new paragraph:

1. (b) Clerical amendment.—The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 44 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking the item relating to section 926B and inserting the following new item:

“926B. Carrying of concealed firearms by qualified law enforcement officers and members of the Armed Forces.”.
