Federal Agents Secure Travel Act provides expedited security screening for federal law enforcement officers.

The Federal Agents Secure Travel Act, or FAST Act, amends title 49 of the United States Code to allow federal law enforcement officers to qualify for expedited security screening under the PreCheck Program at no cost. This applies to federal law enforcement officers and their family members under 12 years old accompanying them. The eligibility is subject to policies and procedures set by the Administrator.
