The Cable Security Fleet Expansion Act increases the minimum number of vessels in the Cable Security Fleet from two to six. It also raises the maximum payment for each vessel from $5,000,000 to $7,000,000 and extends the authorization of appropriations from $10,000,000 per fiscal year through 2035 to $56,000,000 per fiscal year through 2040.
