The EV Charging Accessibility Act requires the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board to finalize a proposed rule relating to accessibility of electric vehicle charging stations. If the Board does not finalize the rule within 18 months of the Act's enactment, the proposed rule will be deemed final. The Board must include minimum standards and accessibility guidelines for electric vehicle charging stations in the final rule.
