A BILL

To restore certain guidance and rules of the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the “Guidance Upholding Integrity through Defense of Americans’ National Consumer Enforcement Act of 2026” or the “GUIDANCE Act of 2026”.
