The PARTNERS Act of 2026 amends title XVIII of the Social Security Act to allow states to enforce Medicare Advantage plan requirements. It grants states the authority to ensure that Medicare Advantage organizations meet the necessary standards when issuing, selling, renewing, or offering plans within their jurisdiction. The Secretary of Health and Human Services is required to coordinate enforcement efforts with the relevant states and may enter into collaborative enforcement agreements.
