It defines "minor" as anyone under 18 years old and "artificial intelligence chatbot" as an interactive service or application that produces adaptive responses and accepts open-ended user input. The Act mandates that chatbots disclose their non-human status and limitations at the start of each conversation and every 30 minutes.
