The Honor Our Commitment Act of 2026 halts the removal of Vietnamese nationals who entered the U.S. before July 12, 1995, and have continuously resided since then, unless they are deemed a security threat or subject to extradition. It also allows these individuals to seek employment authorization. The Act provides for judicial review and class action status for those harmed by violations.
