A BILL
To direct the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration to issue regulations to include strollers in the contract of carriage of air carriers and set a liability limit for damaged strollers, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Contract of carriage of Strollers.
- (a) In general.—Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration shall issue such regulations as are necessary to amend part 253 of title 14, Code of Federal Regulations, to require all air carriers to—
- (1) include strollers in the contract of carriage of such airline; and
