The Active Transportation Infrastructure Investment Program Reauthorization and Improvement Act reauthorizes the Active Transportation Infrastructure Investment Program for fiscal years 2027 through 2031. It authorizes $250,000,000 annually from the Highway Trust Fund for this purpose. The funds are to be administered similarly to other federal-aid highway funds, with the exception that they remain available until expended and are not transferrable.
