Establishes a 5-year post-employment ban on lobbying by former senior executive branch personnel and prohibits them from lobbying on behalf of.

The PURE Executive Act amends title 18, United States Code, to extend the post-employment lobbying ban for former senior executive branch personnel from one year to five years. Additionally, it prohibits these individuals from lobbying on behalf of foreign governments or entities controlled by foreign governments at any time after leaving their positions. The changes apply to anyone who leaves a covered position on or after the enactment of this Act.
