The Marine Mammal Climate Change Protection Act of 2026 amends the Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1972 to require the Secretary of Commerce to establish climate impact management plans for marine mammals adversely affected by climate change. The plans must include strategies for conserving and recovering affected species, monitoring interactions with human activities, and increasing resiliency. The Secretary must also review and revise these plans every five years.
