The Barona Group of Capitan Grande Band of Mission Indians Land Transfer Act of 2026 transfers certain land parcels in California into trust for the benefit of the Barona Group of Capitan Grande Band of Mission Indians. The land will be subject to existing rights-of-way, licenses, and easements, but will not be used for gaming. Public access for recreational and conservation purposes will continue, subject to tribal regulations. The land will be administered by the Secretary of the Interior.
