A BILL

To direct the Under Secretary of Commerce for Standards and Technology to establish a Commission on Hazard Risk Assessment Tools, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the “Advancing Consistent and Credible Use of Risk Assessment Tools and Evaluation Act” or the “ACCURATE Act”.
