The 21st Century Entrepreneurship Act aims to increase entrepreneurship education among disadvantaged youth by enabling the Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE) to teach entrepreneurship at community learning centers. The bill mandates the development of a curriculum for this purpose, in consultation with education specialists, entrepreneurship groups, business groups, and organizations serving underrepresented children. SCORE volunteers are encouraged to collaborate with other entrepreneurial development programs.
