A BILL
To appropriate funds for the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Disaster Relief Fund, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Disaster Relief Fund.
- (a) In general.—There are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for fiscal year 2026, $26,367,000,000, to remain available until expended, for “Federal Emergency Management Agency—Disaster Relief Fund” for the necessary expenses to carry out the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act with respect to major disasters declared under of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act .
