Prohibits Presidents and Vice Presidents from receiving damages payments from the United States.

This bill amends title 28 of the United States Code to prohibit Presidents and Vice Presidents from receiving damages payments from the United States. It bans covered individuals from filing administrative claims seeking damages, reimbursement, payment of attorney's fees, or any other payment from the United States. The bill also prohibits any department or agency from processing such claims. It mandates that any settlement agreements or payments to former covered individuals must be published in the Federal Register and reported to congressional committees.
