The Autofill Act of 2026 amends the Internal Revenue Code to create a program where taxpayers can download pre-populated tax forms. The Secretary of the Treasury must provide these forms by February 15, 2027, and annually thereafter. The forms will be populated with information reported under chapter 61 and section 232 of the Social Security Act.
