The A Stronger Workforce for America Act of 2021 amends the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act to enhance workforce development programs and partnerships. It requires the Secretary of Labor to conduct studies on the alignment of education and workforce development systems, and on the effectiveness of emerging technologies in workforce development. The Act mandates that certain apprenticeship programs for youth are limited to classroom instruction only.
