Establishes the Agent Orange Veterans Service Medal for Vietnam-era veterans exposed to herbicides.
The Agent Orange Service Medal Act establishes the Agent Orange Veterans Service Medal to honor Vietnam-era veterans exposed to herbicides. The Secretary of Defense will design and produce the medal. It will be issued to veterans who receive compensation for herbicide-related conditions or are certified as Vietnam-era herbicide-exposed veterans. If a veteran is deceased, the medal may be provided to their next-of-kin. The Secretary shall prepare an application for veterans and next-of-kin to apply for the medal.
