Establishes an interagency working group to develop best practices for roadway management in inclement weather.

The Roadway Resiliency Act requires the Secretary of Transportation and the Director of the National Weather Service to establish an interagency working group. This group will develop best practices for managing roadways during inclement weather. Within 180 days of the act's enactment, these best practices must be submitted to the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure and the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation.
