Amends gender standards for Armed Forces to ensure gender neutrality.
Amends title 10, United States Code, and the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1994 to establish gender-neutral standards for members of the Armed Forces. Prohibits exclusion from assignments based on gender and mandates scientifically rigorous occupational performance standards. Requires the Secretary of Defense to submit a report to Congress on the operational effectiveness of Army and Marine Corps ground combat units. The Comptroller General must review this report and any actions taken by the Secretary of Defense. The changes take effect on September 30, 2026.
