Requires the Secretary of Homeland Security to assess terrorism threats from foreign terrorist organizations and Specially Designated Global.
The Major Non-NATO Ally Terror Threat Assessment Act mandates the Secretary of Homeland Security to submit assessments of terrorism threats to the United States from foreign terrorist organizations and Specially Designated Global Terrorists present in countries that are major non-NATO allies. Each assessment must identify these organizations, describe their activities, and evaluate the ally's efforts to counter them. It also assesses the Department of Homeland Security's capability to prevent members of these organizations from entering the United States.
