Enhances the Congressional Accountability Act of 1995 by requiring Members of Congress to reimburse the Treasury for employment discrimination.

The Congressional Accountability Act Enhancement Act amends the Congressional Accountability Act of 1995 to require Members of Congress to reimburse the Treasury for amounts paid as settlements and awards in cases of employment discrimination. It also allows individuals who file claims under the Act to file an amended claim if a preliminary review determines they are not covered employees or have not stated a claim for which relief may be granted. The changes apply to claims made on or after the date of enactment of this Act.
