Prohibits chemical abortions without a healthcare provider physically present.
The Clean Water for All Life Act amends title 18, United States Code, to prohibit providing or attempting to provide abortion through a chemical abortion drug without physically examining the patient and being physically present at the location of the chemical abortion. It includes exceptions for saving the life or preserving the health of the unborn child, removing a dead unborn child caused by spontaneous abortion, or removing an ectopic pregnancy. Violators face imprisonment, fines, or both.
