Introduced·3/12/26

Trucking Security and CCP Disclosure Act of 2026 establishes a registry for motor carriers transporting Department of Defense freight.

The Trucking Security and CCP Disclosure Act of 2026 creates a Secure Defense Freight Carrier Registry to ensure secure transport of Department of Defense freight. The registry requires motor carriers to certify they meet security standards and do not have significant business relationships with entities identified on the list of Chinese military companies. Carriers must undergo enhanced national security vetting and submit to periodic revetting. The Secretary of Defense will establish the registry and may grant waivers for exigent circumstances.
