The Sustainable Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Services in the Home Act amends title XVIII of the Social Security Act to permanently extend certain in-home cardiopulmonary rehabilitation flexibilities established in response to COVID-19. It allows for these services to be provided through telehealth, including two-way audio-visual communications technology, and in the home of an individual when it is designated as a provider-based location of a hospital outpatient department.
