Ms. Boebert (for herself, Mr. Hurd of Colorado, Mr. Crank, Mr. Evans of Colorado, Mr. Donalds, Mrs. Luna, Mr. Nehls, Mr. Gosar, Mr. Kennedy of Utah, Mr. Van Drew, Mr. Perry, and Mr. Clyde) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce, and in addition to the Committee on Ways and Means, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned
A BILL
To amend the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to ensure that taxpayer funds for health insurance coverage are available only to authorized individuals, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “No Federal Tax Dollars for Illegal Aliens Health Insurance Act of 2026”.
