A BILL
To amend the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 1990 to require States disclose agency regulatory participation under such Act.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Stop Child Care Fraud Act”.
