The Defense Community Infrastructure Program Tribal Eligibility Act of 2026 amends title 10, United States Code, to include Indian tribes in the Defense Community Infrastructure Program. This change allows Indian tribes to apply for grants to improve infrastructure in defense communities. The definition of "Indian tribe" is provided by the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act.
