Veteran Technology Employment Success Act improves employment rate calculation for veterans in the VET TEC high technology program.
The Veteran Technology Employment Success Act amends title 38, United States Code, to enhance how the Secretary of Veterans Affairs calculates the average employment rate of veterans in the VET TEC high technology program. It mandates the Secretary to make employment rate data publicly available and to report rates of full-time, part-time, and self-employment to the maximum extent practicable. The bill also requires the Secretary to solicit and analyze feedback from program participants and the GI Bill School Feedback Tool to improve program implementation.
