The Office of Small Farms Establishment Act of 2026 amends the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 to create an Office of Small Farms within the Department of Agriculture. The Office will coordinate efforts to improve support for small farms, ranches, and forest operations across all Department agencies and offices. It will also review Department programs and policies to identify provisions that disadvantage small operations and recommend changes. The Office will provide technical assistance and grants to small farms, ranches, and forest operations.
