Authorizes grants for a national training center to promote lethality assessment programs to reduce domestic violence homicides.

The bill authorizes the Attorney General to award grants to nonprofit or tribal organizations to establish a national training and technical assistance center. This center will promote and support the adoption of lethality assessment programs by states, local governments, and Indian Tribes. Lethality assessment programs aim to connect victims of domestic violence to local service providers and help first responders identify and respond to potentially lethal domestic violence situations. The bill authorizes $5,000,000 annually starting in fiscal year 2026.
