The Evergreen Community Safety Act of 2026 amends title 18 of the United States Code to establish special rules for the time period during which certain providers must comply with court orders or warrants to disclose information. Specifically, it requires covered providers, defined as those with 1,000,000 or more users, subscribers, or customers, to disclose the contents of a wire or electronic communication, or the records or other information sought, within 72 hours of the issuance of a warrant or court order.
