Mr. Wilson of South Carolina (for himself, Mr. Cohen, Mr. Lawler, Ms. Salazar, Mr. Panetta, Mr. Fallon, and Mr. Nunn of Iowa) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Foreign Affairs, and in addition to the Committee on the Judiciary, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned
A BILL
To designate Russian-based paramilitary organizations and their successor entities as foreign terrorist organizations, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Holding Accountable Russian Mercenaries Act” or the “HARM Act 2.0”.
