Establishes a Water Project Navigators Program to support multi-benefit water projects.

The Water Project Navigators Act establishes a program to support the development and implementation of multi-benefit water projects within eligible states. The Secretary of the Interior will award grants or cooperative agreements to eligible entities, including states, Indian Tribes, and local governments, to fund multi-benefit water project navigator positions. These navigators will assist eligible entities in planning, developing, and implementing projects that enhance water use efficiency, promote system conservation, and address water supply-demand imbalances.
