Mr. Levin (for himself, Mr. Baird, Mr. Peters, and Mrs. Radewagen) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Foreign Affairs

A BILL

To amend the Passport Act of 1920 to exempt from the collection of certain passport fees of an individual who was awarded the Purple Heart or the Medal of Honor, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the “Passports for Purple Hearts and Medals of Honor Act”.
