The Crow Tribe Water Rights Settlement Amendments Act of 2025 amends the 2010 Act to improve water rights settlement for the Crow Tribe. It repeals certain sections, clarifies the management of the MR&I Projects Account, and specifies that the Federal Government has no obligation for the operation, maintenance, or replacement of MR&I Projects. The Act also extends the operation period of the Yellowtail Dam in Montana from 15 to 20 years.
